RETURN

Last Updated: 23 October 2026

1. Our Returns Promise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order for unworn, unused items in their original condition. This voluntary 30-day policy applies in addition to, and does not replace, your legal rights under UK consumer law.

2. Your Statutory Cancellation Right

For most purchases made online, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel their order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If items from the same order are delivered separately, this period usually runs from delivery of the last item. After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

3. Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect and try on clothing as you reasonably would in a physical store. Items should be returned unworn and unwashed, with any tags attached and, where practical, in their original packaging. If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction from your refund for any resulting reduction in value.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including qualifying personalised or made-to-order items, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exclusions do not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

5. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us through https://aimedieu.co.uk/pages/contact with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as the registered office address is a postal contact address and not necessarily the return address.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items. The return shipping cost is £4.99, unless we state otherwise.  For items that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, we will cover reasonable return costs as required by law. We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve it faster but are not required to exercise your rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, or receive satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, we will process your refund without undue delay and within 14 days. Refunds include the price of the returned goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law. Optional premium delivery charges above the standard rate need not be refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge an administration fee for statutory cancellations.

9. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, contact us through https://aimedieu.co.uk/pages/contact. Exchanges are subject to availability and the applicable returns process. Where a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another appropriate remedy.

10. Sale and Discounted Items

Items bought on sale or with a discount are covered by the same statutory rights as full-price items. Labels such as "final sale" or "no returns" cannot remove your statutory right to cancel an eligible online order or your rights in relation to faulty goods.
