TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: 23 October 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to AIMEDIEU CLOTHING ("AIMEDIEU", "we", "us" or "our"). AIMEDIEU is a clothing and lifestyle brand operated by SR Empire Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13384875. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through https://aimedieu.co.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to the applicable terms of sale. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.

2. Products and Availability

AIMEDIEU offers clothing, streetwear, casualwear, accessories and related products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, colours, sizes, photographs and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, lighting or individual display settings. All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will inform you and offer an appropriate refund or alternative, where you agree.

3. Prices and Taxes

Product prices are displayed on our website in the selected currency. Prices shown to UK consumers include applicable VAT, where VAT is chargeable. Delivery costs and any additional charges payable to AIMEDIEU will be communicated before the customer completes checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges. We reserve the right to change product prices for future orders. Price changes will not alter the agreed price of an already accepted order. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact the customer before accepting the order to explain the correct price, and the customer may then choose whether to proceed.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. Accepted payment options will be displayed before an order is completed. Not every payment method is offered to every customer or destination. Where instalment or buy-now-pay-later services are available, they may be provided by independent third-party payment companies and subject to their eligibility checks and terms. Customers must provide accurate payment information and be authorised to use their selected payment method.

5. Placing an Order

To place an order, customers select the required products, sizes and quantities, add items to their basket, enter accurate delivery and contact information, select the available delivery and payment options, review the order details and total price, and complete checkout. After an order is submitted, we will send an electronic acknowledgement to the email address provided. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request to purchase, but does not by itself mean that we have accepted it. The sales contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. We reserve the right not to accept an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable products, unsuccessful payment authorisation or suspected fraudulent activity. Where payment has been taken for an order that we do not accept, we will issue an appropriate refund.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers wishing to change or cancel an order should contact AIMEDIEU as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate requests made before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation or fulfilment. If an order has already been dispatched, customers may use their applicable statutory cancellation rights and returns procedure. Order amendments are subject to stock availability and any agreed price differences. Nothing in this section restricts a consumer's legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase.

7. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated times communicated on our website or at checkout. Available delivery services, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown before payment. UK and international delivery destinations, available delivery options and their charges are calculated and shown at checkout. If delivery is not available for an address, the checkout process will not offer that destination. Any duties or taxes payable in a destination country are explained where relevant before the order is placed. Unless we agree a different delivery period with the customer, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed. If a delivery is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team. Responsibility for goods generally passes to the customer when they, or a person nominated by them, physically receives the goods, subject to applicable law.

8. Returns and Statutory Cancellation Rights

We want customers to shop with confidence. For most purchases made online, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel their order without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving their goods. In addition, AIMEDIEU offers a voluntary 30-day returns window for unworn, unused items in their original condition, which applies on top of your statutory rights. If goods from the same order arrive separately, the cancellation period will usually run from delivery of the last item. After notifying us of cancellation, customers normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Customers may inspect and try on clothing as they reasonably would in a physical store. If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction for any resulting reduction in value. If you cancel because you have changed your mind, you will only be asked to pay the direct cost of returning the items where that cost was disclosed to you before you placed the order. We are responsible for reasonable return costs for faulty or misdescribed goods where the law requires it. Certain products may be excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights, including qualifying personalised items or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exclusions do not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.

9. Refunds

Where a customer validly cancels an eligible online purchase, we will refund the amount required by applicable consumer law. This normally includes the price of cancelled goods and the cost of standard outward delivery where required. Optional premium delivery charges above the standard delivery cost need not be refunded. Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period, generally no later than 14 days after receiving returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back. We will normally use the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. We will not charge a refund administration fee for a statutory cancellation. All customers retain their legal rights even when buying discounted or sale products.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We aim to provide products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a customer receives a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, they should contact us with their order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested where helpful, but they are not an absolute requirement for exercising statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances. We will meet our legal obligations concerning faulty or misdescribed goods, including applicable return costs. Nothing in our returns procedures affects statutory consumer rights.

11. Exchanges

Customers requesting another size or colour can contact us through the online contact form at https://aimedieu.co.uk/pages/contact. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the applicable returns process. Where a requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund or other remedy may be offered. This section does not restrict the remedies customers may be entitled to by law.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

AIMEDIEU may offer promotional discounts, sales, discount codes or limited-time offers. Promotions may have specific eligibility criteria, expiry dates or minimum spending requirements, which will be communicated with the offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions for future purchases where lawful. Products purchased during a sale remain covered by applicable statutory consumer rights. Labels such as "final sale" or "no returns" cannot remove statutory rights to cancel an eligible online order or to remedies for faulty goods.

13. Product Warranties

Unless expressly stated on the relevant product page, AIMEDIEU does not provide a separate commercial product warranty in addition to applicable statutory consumer protections. Products remain subject to all mandatory consumer rights, including those relating to quality, fitness for purpose and accurate description. Any additional manufacturer or product-specific warranties will be explained where offered.

14. Intellectual Property

All AIMEDIEU-owned branding, logos, designs, photographs, text, graphics and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit AIMEDIEU-owned materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party brands, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. Prohibited activities include fraudulent transactions, unauthorised access, transmission of malicious software and unlawful use of website content. We may take reasonable action to protect our customers, business and technology systems.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of mandatory statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract where those losses were reasonably foreseeable, subject to applicable consumer law. We are not responsible for losses that are not legally attributable to our actions or omissions. Nothing in these terms removes the legal rights and remedies available to customers.

17. Privacy

Personal information provided through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers can find further information about data collection, payment processing, cookies, marketing and their privacy rights in that policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our business, products, services or applicable law. Updated terms will be published on our website. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing accepted order unless permitted by law or agreed with the customer.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory legal protections applicable to them and any rights to bring proceedings in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

20. Contact Information

For questions about orders, returns, delivery or these Terms & Conditions, contact Sohail Rashid through the online contact form or write to our registered office. Please contact us for parcel return instructions rather than sending goods to the registered office without checking the destination.
